Here's how the pool looked before construction began. 

If you look close, you will see the yellow strings for the deck layout.

End of day 2 of the construction.  Yes I could have gone with shorter poles, but I've never been known like to work it too close.  Better too long than too short.  I'd hate to have to reset these things.  Once was CERTAINLY enough!

End of day 3.  It was soooo nice to get the first few deck boards on.

Big jump forward in time.  Everything is finito. 

Our first pieces of deck-stuff.  No umbrella base yet.  You'd a thought I would have noticed the tilted brella, but NOOOO.  Oh well, the picture is supposed to be showing the DECK.
